However, this extreme diet makes the body lack of many important nutrients, such as vitamins, minerals, protein, carbohydrates, fats, and fiber. This diet is also at risk of causing dizziness, headaches, diarrhea and nausea. There is no scientific evidence that this diet can actually eliminate body toxins.
