Tighten Facial Skin with Egg White Mask

Eggs are one of the most widely consumed foodstuffs in the community. Apparently there are other ways to use eggs, such as using them as an egg white mask that can tighten the face, as well as a natural acne remedy for various skin types.

How to Use Egg White Mask

Making an egg white mask is actually very easy and fast, you can do it in the following way:

  • Separate the egg white from the egg yolk. Then put the egg whites in a small bowl.
  • Beat the egg whites with a fork until smooth.
  • Then apply an egg white mask on the face. Avoid sensitive areas around the nose, mouth and eyes.
  • Leave the egg white mask for a few moments to dry.
  • Finally, wash the egg white mask with warm water and dry your face by patting it with a clean towel.

In fact you can also combine the feelings of lemon and egg whites. In fact, it is arguably more effective to use a mixture of lemon and egg white masks than egg white masks alone.

The method is almost the same as above. However, mix the egg whites with half a lemon juice. Then, apply it on your face before going to bed at night. Leave it until the next day. Wash your face thoroughly using warm water. Then dry with a dry towel and make sure there is no egg white mask left on the face.

Beware of Egg Allergy Risk

You need to know that eggs are one of the foods that can cause allergies. In contrast to the general assumption that egg yolks are the cause of allergies, it is the egg whites that are often the cause of allergies.

For people who have an egg allergy, an allergic reaction can occur when eggs are eaten or when they come into contact with eggs. Some of the symptoms that can occur as an allergic reaction, including:
