  • Children 12 years and over: 600 mg, once every 12 hours, for 10–14 days

Condition: Uncomplicated skin infection

Shape: Tablets and syrup

  • Mature: 400–600 mg, once every 12 hours, for 10–14 days
  • Children age 511 years old: 10 mg/kg body weight, once every 12 hours, for 10–14 days
  • Children 12 years and over: 600 mg, once every 12 hours, for 10–14 days

Condition: Infection Staphylococcus aureus resistant to methicillin

Shape: Tablets, syrups and IV injections

  • Mature: 600 mg, 2 times daily, for 7–21 days

How to Use Linezolid Correctly
