The Corona virus that causes COVID-19 has now been found in Indonesia. The virus, which was first detected in Wuhan, China, is thought to be transmitted by animals, but can also be transmitted between humans through splashes of saliva or phlegm released when a person with COVID-19 coughs or sneezes.
Corona virus is easier to attack and causes fatal complications in people who have weak immune systems, such as the elderly or people who are malnourished. Even so, the risk of Corona virus infection in adults, pregnant women, and children cannot be underestimated, especially if Corona virus infection occurs in infants.

- Routinely give your baby breast milk, because breast milk contains many nutrients and antibodies that can protect babies from various diseases and infections.
- Keep your little one away from people who are sick, especially those who are infected with the Corona virus.
- Prevent your little one from other infectious diseases that can lower the body's immune system by continuing to complete basic immunizations according to schedule.
- Wash your hands with soap and running water or hand sanitizer for 20 seconds before touching, holding, nursing, or feeding your little one.
- Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing or sneezing, then throw the tissue away immediately and wash your hands.
- Use a mask if you have a cough or cold.
Mother or father needs to immediately take your little one to the doctor if he seems to have symptoms of Corona virus infection, especially if there is a history of contact with people infected with the Corona virus or traveling to areas experiencing COVID-19 outbreaks within the last 2 weeks.
